I took a solo trip down south last week. I visited family in Charlotte and college friends in Greenville, South Carolina and Asheville, North Carolina. Thankfully, the weather cooperated and it was the perfect spring weekend to be among lilacs and hydrangeas. It was so nice catching up both on rest and with friends. I'm grateful to still feel connected to that part of the country. It will always hold a special place in my heart!
