Iced Coffee


We drink a lot of coffee in this house. Lately, due to the heat, we've been enjoying ours cold.

Brett fills ice cube trays with leftover coffee from the morning and then uses the cubes in his cold brew in the afternoon. This helps keep it fresh and not watered down. To make it extra sweet, he mixes in this simple syrup. It's best mid-day pick me up!
