There's nothing like a 24 hour stomach bug to make you truly appreciate good health! I was down and out Sunday and most of yesterday. No need for details, but it was far from pretty. I pride myself on rarely getting sick, so I suppose it was only a matter of time.

I had been planning a spring cleanse of sorts. You know, something that removes all allergens from your diet. I think I've got that covered after last weekend. Instead, I'll incorporate a probiotic and start clean!

I'm trying to use this week to rest and recuperate. The weather has been surprisingly gorgeous, so I'd like to focus on taking long walks and getting plenty of fresh air, sleep and water.

  1. Hope you are bouncing around again in a few days. My husband is known in his office for never getting sick so they've decided he has a secret power force while they are all coughing and spluttering around him! I'm doing a bit of extra juicing of vegies and green leafy things now that flu season is starting. I've had a good couple of flu-free years, fingers crossed. Enjoy your walks and sleeps, my dear!
