There are still a few more days left of summer. I must say, we had a great one. Our final adventure was up north where we stopped in Pennsylvania, Vermont, New York, and Delaware to visit friends and family along the way. These girls are quickly learning the art of a road trip!
School has started and the transition has thankfully been seamless. After an eventful summer, we're keeping things low-key and quiet this fall – soccer on Saturdays, movie nights on the weekends, house projects, garden maintenance, front porch hangs with neighbors. It's somewhat counter culture these days, but I try to avoid too much hustle and bustle. This time of year always makes me want to slow down and pause.
