ReplyDeleteI love the quote by McRae that you shared and the possibilities (thinking, listening, meditating) that we can open ourselves up to if we get rid of excess. The moments you described are the ones that make me happiest. I'm glad you shared this and I'm looking forward to reading what you're reading offline.:)
