Certain foods in our daily diet can cause swelling in the digestive tract. Chronic inflammation prevents us from digesting our food properly and absorbing its nutrients. This 21 day cleanse removes these potentially inflammatory foods. That means no gluten, soy, dairy, caffeine, alcohol, sugar, corn or peanuts. Sprout breaks down this process into 3 phases. recipe via Sprout1 c frozen strawberries
1/2 frozen blueberries
1 handful of spinach
1 serving of hemp protein (I'm using Nutiva)
1 c apple juice
Put in a blender and enjoy!
