Chicken for two! It had been a few years, but luckily everything still tasted delicious. I'm on day 6 of the cleanse and feeling great. My eyes are clear, my mind alert and my energy and spirits high.
1/2 head cauliflower - chop florets
1/2 can coconut milk
3 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper
1/2 chicken breast
1. Bring 1.5 c of water and the coconut to boil.
2. Chop the apple and cauliflower well. Steam until soft, about 6 minutes, adding the whole garlic cloves and shallot for the last two minutes.
3. Put it all in a blender with salt and pepper.
4. Top with slices of chicken and enjoy!
