Cabbage Walnut Salad

This was a personal favorite. So refreshing and light. Perfect for summer!


Ingredients:
1 c of purple cabbage, chopped
1/2 c green cabbage, chopped
1/2 cucumber, chopped
1 handful of sugar snap peas
1/2 c walnuts
1 T almond butter
1 T coconut milk
1 t coconut amino acids
1 t apple juice

1. Chop both cabbages and snap peas well.
2. Put in a bowl with walnuts.
3. In a separate cup, mix well almond butter, coconut milk, amino acids and apple juice.
4. Pour the mixture on top of the cabbage and enjoy!
